What is the best way to store my coffee?

For optimal freshness, our recommendation is to keep the coffee at room temperature in an airtight container or a bag with a gas release valve, designed to keep in freshness.

Where do you roast your coffee?

Our roasting facilities are located in Chicago and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Where do you get your coffee from?

We currently source all of our coffee from Ethiopia. We have a family farm, where we row and tend to the coffee ourselves. We then ship it to the U.S. for roasting.

Why was my order cancelled?
